AlignSmart 

The AlignSmart Program is sold as a separate package.  This includes the tools you need to Align your body and remain pain free for life.  This system is 3-6 months long and is only for the people truly committed to changing their lives.

I use the AlignSmart technology in my practice to help a dedicated client reach their full potential with measurable results.  This system is not for everyone.  Only people truly dedicated to their sport, or health will benefit from the AlignSmart system, because you are held accountable for your compliance in this program.

This program usually lasts 3- 6 months.  There are three phases:

1) Alignment (Usually 3 months) aligning your hips, shoulders, pelvic and torso rotation, knees and feet. (Includes 3-5 in-person visits)

2) Strength Phase (Usually 2-3 months and this focuses on body weight exercises to strengthen your new frame (Includes 3-5 in-person or online visits)

3) Maintenance (Usually 3-6 months) and this phase is optional.  This is where we check in periodically, create routines for your travel and vacation.  If you are an athlete in season special mini-workouts are created to help you achieve your goals

What a session consists of:

A client is measured in three planes of motion.  After each measurement, you are given exercises to do at home every day at least once, preferrable twice a day.  Then you come back for your next measurement.  The alignment phase takes about 3 months and a total of 5 visits.  (After the 3rd visit, meetings can be moved online to accomodate busy schedules).  Then the strength phase is added for another 5 visits (Online is an option).   Rene' discusses your progress and adjusts your program to tailoryour individual needs.  And adjusts things for you along the way.  Exercises are curated for you because of your individual measurements and needs.

Again, this is about being held accountable for your health. If you are interested in trying the Alignment phase but are unsure if this is right for you, Rene' offers the first visit for $195.  This includes access software so you can see the exercises on your phone, try them out and see if you can commit.  If you decide you do not want to go on in the system she lets you keep the exercises created in the software for a month.  These can be downloaded to a printer for your to keep.

Phase 2 Cost $900  Includes measurement, exercises, software and up to 5 private sessions over 3 months

Phase 3 Cost $500  Includes measurement, exercises, software and 5 private sessions over 6 months

To ensure compliance there are no refunds after the third visit.  You are refunded 100% minus the regular cost of 3 visits.  ($180 per visit)
