Meet Rene

Here's a concise version that keeps the key message and personality:

Hi, I’m René Brackney. I help people move with less pain, greater confidence, and improved function through a personalized approach that combines Pilates fundamentals, corrective exercise, fascial stretch therapy, and alignment-based movement.

I believe every body regardless of age or ability deserves to move well and live comfortably. From athletes to older adults, and from injury recovery to everyday wellness, I work with each client as an individual, providing practical guidance that supports real bodies, real movement, and long-term results.

When the body is aligned and moving correctly, life simply feels better.
