Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This site, renebrackney.com, is run by René Brackney ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

• Your account details: your name and email address when you sign up.

• Your membership: which plan you're on and when it renews. Payments are handled by our payment provider through Wix. We never see or store your full card number.

• Your activity in the video library: the videos you save to your Favorites.

• Notes from René: if you're a client, videos may be assigned to you with personal guidance notes. Only you and René can see these notes.

• Messages you send us: through the contact form or by email.

• Basic site usage: like most websites, our site host (Wix) uses cookies and collects standard information such as pages visited and device type, so the site works and we can see how it's used.

How we use it

• To give you access to the videos and features your plan includes.

• To show you your Favorites and any videos assigned to you.

• To answer your questions and send you important account emails (for example, renewal notices).

• To send you occasional reminders, news and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the site:

• Wix, which hosts the site and stores your account information

• Our payment provider, to process your membership payments

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete your information, except anything we must keep by law (for example, payment records for taxes).

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• See the information we have about you.

• Correct anything that's wrong.

• Delete your account and your information.

Email us at renebrackney@gmail.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.

Age

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we'll let members know by email.
